I absolutely love the printed medium for its precision and detail. In a minimalist way, the print technique is immensely satisfying because there are no brush strokes or blobs of paint. Whilst both the woodcut and the silkscreen printing are very different techniques, they both share the same level of detail.

I carved each of the wooden printing plates by hand with craft knives, utility/stanley knives and I used oil based paint. This gives the print a glossy look.
